Most patients will receive conventional chemotherapy and may find the videos that explain what chemotherapy is and how it is given, helpful. For a general introduction, start with “Chemo 101”. This video covers important day- to-day considerations such as “Can I take supplements while on chemo?”, “Can I drink alcohol while on chemo?” and “Do I have to avoid crowds while on chemo?” Additional videos include common side effects of chemotherapy, important prevention and management tips.

What Can Specialty Primary Care & Wellness Offer?
Convenience Stack: In-House Diagnostics + Same-Visit Decision Making
We offer:
- Labs onsite
- EKG, X-ray
- Chronic disease screening in-house
Preventive + Chronic Disease + Optimization Continuum
Specialty Primary Care & Wellness positions longevity as a continuum: prevent disease → manage early metabolic drift → optimize hormones/energy → maintain long-term health span.
Lower “Friction Entry” vs. Concierge or High-Ticket Longevity Clinics
Specialty Primary Care & Wellness operates as:
- Start as your regular doctor → evolve into longevity care
This reduces psychological resistance compared to premium longevity brands like Fountain Life diagnostics or boutique wellness centers.
Local Positioning Gap: Non-Exclusive Longevity
A PCP-based longevity clinic competes on:
- Continuity of care
- Medical authority
- Long-term data ownership (labs over years)
- Integrated treatment decisions
That long dataset advantage becomes very powerful for:
- Metabolic syndrome reversal
- Pre-diabetes prevention
- Aging risk tracking
