Physician Assistant — Family & Primary Care
Pia Reddy, PA-C, is a board-certified Physician Assistant specializing in family and primary care medicine. A graduate of Lincoln Memorial University’s Master of Physician Assistant Studies program, she is passionate about preventive care, chronic disease management, and women’s health. Pia believes healthcare should feel personal and empowering — she takes the time to build genuine relationships with her patients and creates a space where they feel heard, informed, and cared for. She is a proud member of the American Academy of Physician Associates (AAPA) and the Texas Academy of Physician Associates (TAPA) and is committed to ongoing professional growth.
Fun Fact: Outside of the clinic, Pia enjoys live concerts, collecting vinyl records, and gaming — and shares her home with a very demanding cat.
Ushasree Tappa
Clinical Medical Assistant
Ushasree is a compassionate healthcare professional with a strong foundation in both clinical and patient support roles. She earned her MBBS degree from Ivano-Frankivsk National Medical University and holds certifications as a Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA), EKG Technician (CET), Phlebotomist (CPT), and EMT. Her warmth, attention to detail, and dedication to quality care make every patient feel comfortable and confident from the moment they walk in.
Fun Fact: Outside of work, Ushasree loves to travel, explore music, and connect with people from different cultures.
Gracie
Patient Care Team
Gracie brings over five years of healthcare experience and a genuine passion for creating positive patient experiences. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Public Health and a Master’s degree in Health Science, and is known for her compassionate approach, strong communication, and the kind of positive energy that puts patients at ease. She takes pride in building meaningful connections and helping every person feel comfortable, heard, and well cared for.
Fun Fact: When she’s not in the clinic, Gracie recharges by fishing and camping with family and friends.
